Directions: somehow or another get out of Austin going west on Highway 71 (you may want to take Bee Cave Road (Highway 2244) from West Lake Hills, or Highway 620 to Highway 71). Pass the “town” of Bee Cave and Highway 620. On Highway 71, about 10 miles past 620, turn right on Highway 2322. Go 2 miles on 2322 and turn left on Old Ferry Road (there is no light there). Go 2 more miles until it almost dumps you into the lake. Turn right on Vicinity Trail. Go a few hundred yards (after driving almost down to lake level and back up) you will see a white house on the right with “227″ over the front door.
